Juniper QFX5100-48S-6Q

How to troubleshoot a Juniper QFX5100-48S-6Q switch that doesn't boot into the JunOS.

 loader> install --format tftp://192.168.0.93/jinstall-qfx-12.3X50-D10.3-domestic-signed.tgz

Before start this let's think about the issues that could cause boot problems to network devices ( router, switch, supervisors, management module, etc.)
Option 1: corrupt, bad or failure image upgrade.
Option 2: storage device on unit ( flash, bootflash, sup-bootdisk, hard drives, etc) is defective.
Option 3: network problems in case that unit is booting from the network and so on.

(a message like the following below was causing a boot problem in a switch QFX3500 a few months ago. solution was replace the storage device. the device was there but failed to initialized.)

Main Switch Board

3- software to create boot disk image.
Win32 Disk Imager - 1.0
The installation process will boot from USB which is the location where the junOS will execute the installation process.
after installed the hard drives I have a new message.

 Creating a  boot disk image.

4- Executing install --format command.

loader> install --format tftp://192.168.0.93/jinstall-qfx-12.3X50-D10.3-domestic-signed.tgz
